Yes, we have limited sizes of boxes & mailers available for purchase at the shop.

You are welcome to box or package your own items, however, we ask that you be mindful of weight and choose the appropriate packaging and cushioning to protect your package. Failure to do so will result in additional costs to repackage it. Our team is not responsible for damages related to your pre-packaged items.

How does this service save money?

In certain cases, package forwarding can be cheaper than independently shipping your own international purchases. It can also be more affordable than using a business provider's own shipping methods.


How does this service save time?

Some retailers may not have optimized shipping to Canada, or ship to Canada at all. With package forwarding, you can factor in shipping time to your U.S. shipping address, plus shipping time to the shop nearest you, and home delivery if chosen. If that is faster than the listed shipping time on the website of your chosen retailer, this would be a better option to speed up deliveries.


Can I really ship from retailers that don’t ship to Canada?

Yes, and it’s easy & affordable. Canadians are using package forwarding to ship from brands like Target, Ulta, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and even international retailers from India and China.


How long does it take for my package to ship?

Following a successful delivery to your free U.S. shipping address, it can take 2-7 business days to arrive at our shops for processing. In Ontario, it can take 2-3 business days, and 4-7 for the rest of Canada

For home deliveries, please allow for additional 2–7 days shipping time depending on your location.


Can I use this service one time only?

Yes. There is no subscription or monthly fee, and no commitment required.


What can be shipped through your package forwarding service?

We do not recommend orders for the following items:
  • Mushrooms, tobacco, CBD or THC products

What can I expect to see on my invoice?

Your invoice might include the following:

  • Net weight & dimensional/volumetric weight: We measure this to determine the cross-border shipping fee.
  • Reach fee: This is our low-cost way of bundling all things associated with cross-border shipping. We cover your brokerage fees, travel fees, package handling fees, and more!
  • CBSA charges: The Canadian government collects duties & taxes depending on the type of item ordered and country it was made in. Orders under $40 are tax-free and duty-free, and under $150 are duty-free.
  • Direct shipping fee: Getting your package shipped to your house? This is where you'll see your discounted shipping rate.
  • Provincial tax: Like all other services, tax is applied to your final total.

How does payment work?

For retailers that accept Canadian credit cards, payment is handled through your Reach account on our package forwarding dashboard. Sign up or log in HERE.

If you are shipping directly to your address, you will be invoiced prior to shipping.

If you are using our Personal Shopping service, you will be invoiced prior to purchase and can either pick up your package or directly ship your packages to you.


Which methods of payment can I use?

We accept all major credit cards through our online payment portal. If you are experiencing online issues, please contact us at info@shipwithreach.com to discuss alternative payment options.


Can you prepare a commercial invoice for my shipment?

We can prepare commercial invoices upon request, just send us an email at info@shipwithreach.com


How are taxes & duties calculated?

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) collects duties and taxes on imported goods on behalf of the Government of Canada.

Orders under $40 CAD are duty-free and tax free, and orders under $150 CAD are duty free. Please use the official CBSA calculator to get an estimate.


Can I avoid paying duty/tax on my order?

Duty rates are established by the Canadian government and vary based on trade agreement. We do not profit from duty or taxes on your orders.


What is the Reach fee?

The Reach fee is our way of covering your potential brokerage fees, customs clearances, and transportation fees. These are all bundled into one convenient and affordable price. Find out more HERE.

How much are returns? What is the return fee for?

Every returns case is unique. Please reach out to orders@shipwithreach.com to begin the process.

Returns option 1 - Starting at $44.99 CAD

This includes full return handling from our team, including personalized customs brokerage and CBSA form completion, direct credit card refund, and more.

Returns option 2 - Free

We will send you a B3 form to begin your return with the CBSA.

Please note that we do not process returns for items not within our service, gifts, replacements, or warranty items. Additionally, all items must have the applicable tax & duty accounted for. Contact our team at orders@shipwithreach.comif there is a concern with your order.

What can I expect to see on my invoice?

Your invoice might include the following:

  • Net weight & volumetric weight: We measure this to determine the cross-border shipping fee.
  • Reach fee: This is our low-cost way of bundling all things associated with cross-border shipping. We cover your brokerage fees, travel fees, package handling fees, and more!
  • CBSA charges: The Canadian government collects duties & taxes depending on the type of item ordered and country it was made in. Orders under $40 are tax-free and duty-free, and under $150 are duty-free.
  • Direct shipping fee: Getting your package shipped to your house? This is where you'll see your discounted shipping rate.
  • Provincial tax: Like all other services, tax is applied to your final total.

Can you consolidate my shipment?

Unfortunately, we do not consolidate shipments.

How does payment work?

For retailers that accept Canadian credit cards, payment is handled through your Reach account on our package forwarding dashboard. Sign up or log in HERE.

If you are shipping directly to your address, you will be invoiced prior to shipping.

If you are using our Personal Shopping service, you will be invoiced prior to purchase and can either pick up your package or directly ship your packages to you.

Which methods of payment can I use?

We accept all major credit cards through our online payment portal. If you are experiencing online issues, please contact us at info@shipwithreach.com to discuss alternative payment options.

Can you prepare a commercial invoice for my shipment?

We can prepare commercial invoices upon request, just send us an email at info@shipwithreach.com

How are taxes & duties calculated?

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) collects duties and taxes on imported goods on behalf of the Government of Canada.

Orders under $40 CAD are duty-free and tax free, and orders under $150 CAD are duty free. Please use the official CBSA calculator to get an estimate.

Can I avoid paying duty/tax on my order?

Duty rates are established by the Canadian government and vary based on trade agreement. We do not profit from duty or taxes on your orders.

What is the Reach fee?

The Reach fee is our way of covering your potential brokerage fees, customs clearances, and transportation fees. These are all bundled into one convenient and affordable price. Find out more HERE.

How much are returns? What is the return fee for?

Every returns case is unique. Please reach out to orders@shipwithreach.com to begin the process.

Returns option 1 - Starting at $44.99 CAD

This includes full return handling from our team, including personalized customs brokerage and CBSA form completion, direct credit card refund, and more.

Returns option 2 - Free

We will send you a B3 form to begin your return with the CBSA.

Please note that we do not process returns for items not within our service, gifts, replacements, or warranty items. Additionally, all items must have the applicable tax & duty accounted for. Contact our team at orders@shipwithreach.comif there is a concern with your order.
